Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Shuraya Labs platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Shuraya Labs.

• Shuraya Labs provides cybersecurity services (such as VAPT, SOC, compliance, incident response, and security awareness) and software services (such as web, e-commerce, and enterprise development).
• The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between you and Shuraya Labs.
• Security testing services are performed only against systems you own or are explicitly authorized in writing to test.
• The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer on its own.

• Fees, payment schedules, and currency for each engagement are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated in your proposal.
• Any refunds or cancellation terms are governed by the specific engagement agreement or statement of work.

• Provide accurate information and timely access, approvals, and authorizations needed to deliver the services.
• Obtain and warrant that you hold all rights and authorizations required for any systems, code, or data you ask us to work on or test.
• Designate a point of contact empowered to make decisions during the engagement.

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement — including assessment findings, source code, business data, and credentials — and use it only for the purpose of delivering the services. Assessment reports and findings we deliver are confidential to you.

• Deliverables: Ownership of custom deliverables (e.g. code, reports) transfers to you on full payment, unless the engagement agreement states otherwise.
• Shuraya Labs: Retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methodologies, templates, branding, and this website.
• We may reference the fact of our engagement in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to:

• Ask us to test, access, or attack systems you do not own or are not authorized to test.
• Use our services, reports, or tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Misrepresent our findings or resell our deliverables as your own product without agreement.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from this website.

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. However, no security assessment can guarantee that a system is free of all vulnerabilities, and services are provided on an "as-is" basis beyond the express commitments in your engagement agreement. Our findings and recommendations are advisory; you remain responsible for decisions about your own systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shuraya Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable proposal or statement of work. On termination, you will pay for services performed up to the termination date, and each party will return or destroy the other's confidential information on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
